My journey to serving you…

I graduated with my Masters of Counselling Psychology in April 2023 and completed my practicum in Russell, MB at Parkland Psychology & Wellness - and I am thrilled to be back!

It is my goal within my practice to create a safe, trauma informed space in which people can feel supported, seen, and heard. I understand that each individual's story has unique challenges and that the person themselves is the expert on their life. By working collaboratively with the client we can identify causes of concern, pursue clarity, and explore potential steps to create change.

Born and raised in the city, I made the move from central Alberta to rural Manitoba two years ago where I now live, with my husband embracing life on the farm. No stranger to change, my goal as a counsellor is to provide clients with the support to feel that their thoughts, feelings, and concerns are being heard and understood.

“The answer to the world’s most significant human-centered problems is simply this: We all just want to feel seen. Then, and only then, will we rise.”
